Looking for Recommendations on a New Graphics Card

I'm trying to find a good graphics card to upgrade my PC. My current GPU is a GTX 1070 that I bought about 7-8 years ago. I'm looking for something that would be equivalent to that, but I don't need anything too over-the-top. I generally play FPS games and lifestyle games, with 'Inzoi' being one of the more demanding titles for me. My budget is around $300-$400, which I think is what I paid for my 1070 back in the day. Any suggestions?

For your price range, the RX 9060 XT 16GB seems to be the top choice right now. There's also the 5060 Ti 16GB, which offers similar performance, or even the RX 9070, which is a tier or two up. But honestly, you might find that $400 doesn’t stretch as far as it used to.

If you're keeping it on a budget, the RX 9060 XT could be your best bet. It’s really effective for gaming. If you were considering using the GPU for AI or some other intensive tasks, I'd suggest going for the 5060 Ti with 16GB, but for pure gaming, the 9060 XT is great. Just keep in mind that nowadays, $300-$400 really puts you in the entry-level range—things have changed a lot since you got your 1070!

Based on what I've seen, the RTX 3070 is recommended for 'Inzoi', so anything around that performance level would be good. However, your budget is a bit tight for these models. If you're looking for a solid upgrade, you might want to check out the RX 9060 16GB—it should serve you well for your gaming needs.

Prices are wild these days! For any decent performance, $400 is pretty much the entry point now. You might want to look at models like the RTX 5050, which, although it’s the slowest from Nvidia, still outperforms the 1080 Ti! However, the good mid-range options are around $350-430, so keep your budget in mind for any future-proofing you might want.

If you're searching for something that would match your GTX 1070, you should consider either the RX 6700 XT or the RTX 3060 Ti. Both are fantastic for 1080p and even handle 1440p pretty well for the kinds of games you play. The RX 6700 XT offers more VRAM (12 GB) compared to the 8 GB in the 3060 Ti, which helps with newer titles, although the 3060 Ti has slightly better ray tracing. You should be able to find either within your $300-$400 budget if you shop wisely.
