I'm having a frustrating issue with my Dell Inspiron 5567. When I start it up, I encounter a KMODE Exception Not Handled error that seems to loop indefinitely. I'm running Windows 10 and my BIOS version is 1.5. Does anyone have an idea of what's causing this error and how I might be able to fix it? Any insights would be appreciated!

Have you been able to boot into safe mode at all? That's usually a good first step when troubleshooting these problems.

Unfortunately, no. I can't access safe mode. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like when I try. Any other suggestions?

It looks like this is a Windows error rather than a BIOS issue, so it could just be a corrupted operating system. However, it might also be related to some hardware problems, like a faulty hard drive or RAM. If your laptop has a built-in diagnostics tool in the BIOS, try running those tests to check for hardware issues!
