I'm currently having trouble with Microsoft Teams and Outlook on my network. We're getting a message that says, "We Couldn't Authenticate You. This Could Be Due To A Device Or Network Problem, Or Teams Could Be Experiencing A Technical Issue." At the same time, Outlook keeps losing connection to the exchange server and won't reconnect. This seems to be affecting more and more users. Interestingly, the web versions of both applications work just fine. The issue occurs whether we're connected to LAN or WLAN, so it doesn't seem to be network-specific. I've already tried several common troubleshooting steps: firmware updates, removing the company account and re-adding it, resetting and repairing the applications, clearing cache and mail profiles, and checking the firewall settings—everything seems fine on that front. There's also no logging that points to the source of the issue, and the dsregcmd/status is okay. As a temporary fix, disabling and re-enabling the network adapters seems to work, but it's not a real solution. I found an archived post about this on another forum and have looked through Microsoft's support pages, yet haven't found a definitive solution. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I haven't experienced the exact same issue you're facing, but I think there might be a problem with how Windows updates handle network drivers. It sounds like you might be dealing with some driver stack corruption. Just out of curiosity, are your machines from Dell?
Interesting point! We're actually using HP devices, specifically HP Elitebooks, and they're the ones having the issues. How have you been addressing these troubles on your end?
