I've noticed that my laptop is incredibly slow, and while checking Task Manager, it shows 100% SSD usage. I ran a speed test with CrystalDiskMark and found that my write speed is only about 10 MB/s. Should I be looking to replace the SSD right away, or is there a possibility that this might be a software-related problem?

It might help to check Task Manager to see which processes are utilizing your SSD. Sometimes it's just a program hogging resources. Has anything unusual shown up for you?
