I'm creating some product enablement content and need tools that offer both guided demonstrations, where users can follow along, and sandbox experiences, where they can explore product features on their own. It would be great if the tools support HTML and provide analytics for tracking user engagement as well!

I’ve tried several interactive demo tools, including Supademo. While the guided experiences are decent, I found that the sandbox feature doesn’t support deeper functionality as much as I’d like. This might be okay for simpler scenarios, but for complex workflows, it might be a bit limited.
I've actually used UserGuiding for guided demos and it's pretty solid! For sandbox-style demos, I'm not entirely clear on what you're envisioning, but you might be able to set up a non-auth-protected demo page with UserGuiding to achieve that.
I had the same requirements for onboarding and product training, and I ended up with Supademo. It allows you to create both guided walkthroughs and sandbox demos. The sandbox mode feels really close to the actual UI, which really helped with user adoption!
Are you looking for in-app walkthroughs? I currently use Producfruits, which is good for that purpose. The analytics features are pretty basic, but it does allow engagement tracking on the guides. For anything more detailed, I send the data over to Google Analytics 4!
That sounds useful! I’ll definitely check out Producfruits for my needs.
