Hey everyone! I just picked up a used gaming PC and I'm really enjoying it, but I've run into some performance issues. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU, RX 6650XT GPU, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, a 1TB M.2 SSD, and an 850W EVGA PSU. While it's pretty capable overall, I'm experiencing some lag in games like Rust and stuttering in Fortnite. I've tried optimizing it, but I'm curious what parts I should consider upgrading first, aside from the CPU, to get better performance? Any suggestions?

Have you checked your RAM speed in the task manager? That's something you should definitely keep an eye on. Also, make sure to monitor your temps while gaming—if your CPU is getting too hot, you might want to undervolt it or consider overclocking your RAM for better performance!
Thanks for the tips, guys! I'll look into upgrading the GPU and checking the RAM speeds. My CPU temps are around 62°C during gaming, so I think I'm okay there. I was also considering overclocking my RAM. Any thoughts on that?
It sounds like your GPU might be the main bottleneck. Since everything else seems solid, upgrading your graphics card could make a huge difference in your gaming experience. Just make sure to match it with a good PSU if you go for a higher-end model.
