I built my PC about a month ago, featuring a 9800x3d processor, X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 motherboard, 32GB G.SKILL Flare X5 RAM, and a 5070ti graphics card. It was working perfectly until last night. Now, when I try to start it, it doesn't post and shows a debug code 15, which I believe relates to the memory north bridge initializing. I've tried reseating the RAM, using each stick individually in the A2 slot, and resetting the CMOS, but nothing has worked. Should I consider returning the RAM for a replacement, or do you think the issue lies elsewhere? I'm pretty clueless about PCs, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Removing the GPU worked for me when I had similar issues. You might want to try connecting directly to the CPU's graphics output instead. It could help diagnose the problem if the GPU is causing a hang-up.
It sounds like the memory training might be acting up. Have you left it sitting for a few minutes after it shows the code? Sometimes, that can help it reset. Also, make sure to update your BIOS if you can; check your motherboard's manual for how to do it. And just double-check that your CPU cooler is working fine—overheating could cause issues too.
I removed my GPU and let the PC run for about five minutes without it, and surprisingly, it started working again! Now I’m going to put the GPU back in and see if it still boots. Good luck!
