Hey everyone, I'm experiencing a really frustrating issue with my PC where it randomly shuts off while I'm playing games, particularly BF6. My screen just goes black, and I have to do a hard reset to get it back on. In the Event Viewer, it shows a Kernel-Power critical error with Event ID 41 each time this happens. I have an RTX 3070 with only 8GB, which BF6 seems to push to its limits. Could this be causing the problem? Any suggestions?

Are you plugged directly into the wall or using a power strip? If it’s the latter, I’d suggest trying a different one. My brother had a similar Kernel Power error – turned out an ancient power strip was causing the issue. Might be worth checking!
First off, what power supply are you using? If it's mostly happening with BF6, it might just be a beta issue, but if you’re experiencing crashes during stress tests too, then there could be a problem with your hardware.
Just a heads up, that error means Windows is clueless about why your PC shut off. It's similar to unplugging the power suddenly. Doing that hard reset might be causing it. I’d lean towards thinking your GPU might be faulty if it keeps happening.
