I'm planning to purchase a new PC and my budget is $900. The primary uses will be video editing, coding, working with Photoshop, and gaming. I'd really appreciate any recommendations for a build that can handle these tasks well. Also, I have an extra $100 available for the monitor, so any suggestions would be great!

One thing to consider is whether you already have peripherals like a keyboard and mouse. If you don’t, those will eat into your budget. That said, if you can squeeze a little more for a decent monitor, it’s worth it. Hit up some local stores or look online for sales—I've seen some really good monitors go for around $100.

Yeah, for editing and gaming, having a quality monitor can really enhance your experience. Don’t skimp on that if you can help it!

For a $900 budget, you're definitely looking at a balance between performance and cost. I’d recommend going for at least a mid-range CPU like the Ryzen 5 5600X paired with a GTX 1660 Super or similar graphics card. This setup should handle your editing tasks and gaming pretty well! Just remember to allocate some of your budget for a good quality SSD to speed up your workflow.

That setup sounds solid! Just make sure to check for deals—it can make a big difference, especially with graphics cards.
