I'm trying to decide between the Silicon Power UD90 1TB and the MSI Spatium M470 1TB. Both options are priced the same here and fit my budget perfectly. I'm looking for a solid choice for everyday tasks and gaming, but just a heads up, my motherboard only supports Gen3 speeds. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Remember, both drives use QLC memory. It's usually better to go for a TLC drive for durability and speed. You might want to consider alternatives like the Lexar NM790 or Samsung 990 Evo Plus if you're aiming for better performance.
I'd lean towards the MSI M470 mainly because of its brand reliability. MSI generally tends to have good performance and support. That said, both options are quite similar in specs, so you might be happy with either one!
Actually, the M470 is a TLC drive, which gives it an edge over many QLC options!
