I tried following a tutorial I found on YouTube (here's the link: https://youtu.be/2vh8eno9cDE?si=Q1wzf5N-PV0TZcqg), and now I can't run any applications on my computer. I know it was a bit reckless to trust the tutorial blindly, and I regret it now. Essentially, every program I attempt to open crashes Windows. I can only get my browser and Wallpaper Engine to work, but everything else just makes Windows stop responding. I'm in need of urgent help or solutions!

You may want to reach out to the creator of that tutorial for help since they might be able to provide specific guidance on fixing the problem. Otherwise, a fresh OS install could be your safest bet.
Honestly, the best move might be to just reinstall Windows. Make sure to back up anything important first! You can create Windows Installation Media on a USB drive, but keep in mind that it'll erase anything currently on that USB. It could also help to retrace your steps from the video to undo any changes, but starting fresh is usually easier with these kinds of issues.
