Is my PC build part list OK? Any suggestions?

I'm putting together my first PC build and I'd love some feedback on my parts list. I'm wondering if there are any improvements I can make or ways to cut costs. Here's the link to my parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xqbqzP. Just a heads up, I've already got the GPU, so I'm looking for components that are compatible with it. I'm a bit uncertain about my choice of motherboard and cooling options. From what I understand, my GPU is solid, will pair well with the CPU, and I really like the case I picked out.

Just a heads up, don’t pay $120 for a Windows key! You can usually find it cheaper or consider using a different OS for now.

No way, I'm not spending that much! I’ll update the link shortly.

I’d recommend getting memory with CL30 timings, it’ll make a noticeable difference in performance!
