I'm building a PC with a Ryzen 7 7700, and I'm looking for a suitable air cooler. I prefer not to use an AIO, and since my room tends to be quite warm at around 33 to 34°C, I'm wondering if a single tower cooler with dual fans will be adequate for this CPU. I'll be using it for gaming as well. Should I stick with the single tower setup or consider a dual tower cooler instead?

For your Ryzen 7 7700, a solid single tower air cooler should be just fine. It’s not a particularly hard CPU to cool, so as long as you choose a good quality cooler, you should be good to go even in a warm room.
But what about the heat in a non air-conditioned room? Will that make a big difference?
