Hey everyone, I'm really frustrated with Apple right now and I'm hoping I'm not alone in this. I'm new to the Apple ecosystem, and I've been dealing with issues over a small subscription bill related to Snapchat that I've canceled multiple times. Even though I've received refunds five times for it, they're now refusing to refund because I've supposedly done it too many times. I've even removed my card information, but they're still applying charges as store credit. This has become a huge problem for me because I can't download free apps that I need for work after losing two fingers and being out of work for three months. I'm required to download certain apps to fill out paperwork for a home position or risk being let go, but because I owe $5, I can't access those necessary apps. My doctor also needs me to download their app for prescriptions and instructions, but I'm stuck because of this. It really feels like Apple is punishing me for a minor issue, and I'm seriously considering switching back to Android or Samsung.

I get where you're coming from, but why continue to sign up for the subscription if you keep canceling it? It might help to examine why it keeps coming back. Maybe there’s a way to block it from returning? Just a thought!
It sounds really frustrating! I’ve heard of similar issues with subscriptions. It's strange how tight they are with refunds for something like this, especially when you genuinely don’t want the app anymore. Have you tried reaching out to customer service again and explaining your situation more clearly? Sometimes a different rep might be more sympathetic to your needs.
