Seeking Feedback on My First PC Build for 1080p Gaming

I'm building my first PC after only using pre-built systems. I've created a parts list and would love some feedback to ensure I haven't made any mistakes. My goal is to maximize FPS for 1080p gaming, but I'm wondering if my selections are good enough compared to pre-builts. I'm open to increasing my budget for better components if necessary. Thanks for any insights!

Definitely reconsider that CPU and motherboard setup; it’s unnecessary for your GPU choice. There’s no need for anything over the 9800X3D with the current GPU market. I suggest downgrading to save some cash. If you change the CPU, let me know so I can give motherboard recommendations!

I’ve changed the CPU. Any suggestions for a decent motherboard?
