I encountered a blue screen of death (BSOD) with the error code "Unexpected Store Exception" while chatting on Discord. Initially, my PC froze and went into BIOS. I checked my drives, which were recognized, but decided to turn off the XMP setting for precaution. However, after I exited BIOS, the computer failed to boot, and the boot debug light stayed on. I had a similar BSOD incident two years ago, but reseating my boot SSD (SATA) resolved it at that time. What's strange is that after the computer wouldn't boot, I turned it off and back on without signing in, only to find everything frozen after it signed in. Then I powered it off completely, waited for ten minutes, and when I turned it on again, it booted up successfully. I'm quite concerned about the sudden blue screen and the peculiar booting behavior. Additionally, I need advice on the best way to back up my drives, as my 500GB boot SATA and 1TB SSD are nearly full, and I don't have an external hard drive. I've only backed up files by copying and pasting before. Also, I checked my boot drive's health via CrystalDiskInfo, and it shows 84% health. What does this mean?

It sounds like there could be an ongoing issue with your system drive, which might be linked to the BSOD. Before troubleshooting further, I recommend backing up any important files to either a different physical drive or a cloud service. Just to be on the safe side!
Thanks for the advice! What’s the most effective way to back up my files? I don't have much space, so should I consider buying an external hard drive or using a specific app for backing up?
