Hey everyone! My company recently moved to a new location, and unfortunately, we lost our IT person in the process. Now I'm in a bit of a bind trying to get our server up and running again. I don't have any instructions on how the setup was done at the old office since the IT guy didn't leave any notes, but I believe everything should be pretty straightforward as we're using the same hardware.
What I really need is someone who can assist me remotely, preferably through a video call. I wouldn't say I'm completely clueless about technology, but network setups aren't my strong suit; I've always just used them rather than built them. If anyone knows where I can find a knowledgeable person who would be willing to guide me through this process, I would really appreciate it!

Hit me up! I’ve got over 15 years of experience fixing others' IT messes and can help get your setup sorted out.
Definitely consider hiring an MSP. They can assist you with the configuration process and get you back up and running.
You might want to look for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). They usually handle a range of IT needs, including hardware setup and network troubleshooting, which sounds perfect for your situation.

Do they typically deal with hands-on hardware setups? That's really what I need right now.
