I'm looking for recommendations on the best PC case specifically designed for airflow. My setup includes a 9800x3d processor and an RTX 5090 FE graphics card. Aesthetics aren't a concern for me; I'm okay with a large tower since there's enough space under my desk. I'm also open to changing out fans if necessary and would consider switching from an AIO to an air cooler for better performance if it makes a difference.

Honestly, you'll find that most newer cases are designed with decent airflow in mind. Just make sure to check the placement of fans and how much mesh area you have to allow that sweet air to pass through!
If you're looking for options, the Fractal Meshify 3 and Torrent are currently top-rated for airflow. Also, the Lian Li Lancool series (217 & 207) and Antec Flux models (Pro & SE) are worth considering. Most modern cases handle airflow pretty well, but these have a good reputation for keeping components cool.
Have you checked out the Fractal Design North? It has a mesh side panel which can be great for airflow. Also, the Fractal Torrent is a solid choice and has excellent ventilation too. Both are known to perform well with high-end components like yours.
