Hey folks, I've been looking through my family phone bill and noticed something really concerning. My sister's phone has almost 300 text messages sent to random countries like Russia, Tunisia, the UK, and Ukraine. The weird part is, none of these messages appear inany messaging app, whether it's the default app or Google Messages. I've already run two different anti-virus apps on her Samsung Galaxy A05s, and neither found anything. I've also gone through her apps, files, and app permissions without finding anything suspicious. I'm pretty puzzled and running out of ideas on how to proceed. Any suggestions would really help!

If it gets really sketchy, wiping the phone and possibly getting a new SIM card or phone number could be a smart move. Better to be safe than sorry.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a dodgy app that could be part of a bot network. It's a good idea to change all her passwords, consider a factory reset, and review each app carefully before reinstalling anything.
She might have some random games installed that you’ve never heard of. It’s worth going through those to see if anything looks suspicious!
Have you thought about the possibility that she could have deleted those conversations? I doubt she’s texting that many random numbers if she’s not super tech-savvy and her dad keeps an eye on her phone.
