Hey everyone! I'm pretty new to PCs, so bear with me if I get some terms wrong. I built my PC on a budget about four years ago. Recently, I upgraded my GPU and increased my RAM, but I'm still facing issues. Games like Overwatch are running at around 40 fps with some frustrating inconsistencies. I ran a userbenchmark test, and here are the results: Game 29%, Desk 81%, Work 25%. My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G CPU, Intel Arc B580 GPU, a couple of Kingston SSDs, and more. I'm wondering what parts I should focus on upgrading to make my machine more reliable for gaming. I don't need anything fancy, just something that functions better. Thanks in advance for your help!

First off, UserBenchmark isn’t the best source for accurate information, it's a bit biased towards Intel and NVIDIA. Your setup suggests that your CPU might be the main limitation here. Upgrading to a newer CPU, like the Ryzen 5 5600 or even a Ryzen 7 5700x3D would give you a solid boost in performance, especially for gaming. Just make sure to update your BIOS when you swap out CPUs!

Thanks for the tip! Do you think upgrading just the CPU will noticeably improve my gaming experience, or should I consider other upgrades too?
