Need Help Troubleshooting a PC After Trying to Wipe It

Hey everyone! I got a PC from a friend, and it worked perfectly fine the first time I turned it on. I wanted to wipe her personal files and apps, so I went through the steps to reset it to factory settings. However, after doing that, the PC suddenly stopped working! Now, every time I try to power it on, I get a bunch of error messages, including: Alert previous fan failure, Alert power button cable failure, Alert front I/O failure, and something about the PCI slot 1 card not being compatible with the display. Since I don't have much experience with PCs, I'm really stuck here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It's possible that by uninstalling those files, you unintentionally removed the GPU drivers. This could definitely cause the issues you’re seeing now. Can you get into the BIOS? If not, it might make things tricky.

I’m not sure how to get into the BIOS since I can’t turn it on and it won’t boot.

How did you go about cleaning the drives? Sometimes if you remove files or programs incorrectly, it can mess with drivers or settings.

I went into the settings and did a factory reset, opting to keep personal files only.
