Looking for Feedback on My First PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm completely new to building PCs and have only ever used pre-built models in the past. I thought it would be fun to try selecting my own components this time. I'm using a local store's part picker tool and plan to have them assemble it because I don't want to risk messing anything up myself!

Since I'm a total beginner, I'd really appreciate any feedback on my choices. Are there any components that stand out to you as being overpriced or not fitting my intended use? I've shared my build link below, so please take a look:

Here's what I picked:
- **Case**: Asus A31 ATX Mid Tower
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 4.3 GHz 16-Core
- **CPU Cooler**: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro A-RGB 360
- **Motherboard**: Asus TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI ATX AM5
- **RAM**: Corsair Dominator Titanium 96 GB DDR5-6600
- **Storage**: Samsung 9100 PRO 2 TB NVME SSD
- **GPU**: Asus ROG Astral OC GeForce RTX 5090 32 GB
- **PSU**: Corsair HX1500i 1500 W 80+ Platinum Fully Modular

I'm happy to hear any advice or suggestions, and I appreciate your patience as I figure this all out. Thanks a lot!

I agree with the previous comment. 96 GB of RAM is also excessive for gaming. Unless you're planning to do video editing or big workloads alongside gaming, 32 or 64 GB should be more than enough! That could save you a chunk of change.

Yeah, I was worried about having enough RAM, but I'll definitely consider cutting back. Thanks for the advice!

This build looks way more powerful than you actually need for just gaming. Unless you’re doing some hardcore multitasking or 4K gaming, you might be overspending. For games like World of Warcraft and Battlefield, a mid-range GPU could save you a lot of money! Maybe consider downgrading to something like an RTX 4070 or 4080 instead?

Thanks for the tip! I was just trying to get the best since I often lag in games. I'll check out some of those mid-range options!
