Hey everyone! I'm in the process of budgeting for a new PC, aiming for around $1200 total. I've done a fair bit of research, and I've heard mixed reviews about the Nvidia GPUs like the 4070 and 4060. I found this list on PCPartPicker ([link here](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Ywb4jn)), but I'm not so sure if it's solid. Can anyone suggest the best GPU I can grab for around $300 to $500? Also, is that PCPartPicker list any good?

Check out the Intel Arc B580! You can snag one of the cheaper options for under $350 right now. It's a nice middle ground between the 4060 and 4060 Ti, and it’s a great value for the price. The 4060 isn't bad, but it's just not the best deal anymore. You’ve got to manage your expectations on performance, but if you're mainly playing eSports or older games, it could still work for you.
I’d recommend checking out the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB. It's a solid choice since you can't really get a 4070 anymore, and the 4060 has only 8GB of VRAM which you might want to avoid. As for your build list, it looks pretty good overall!
You might also consider scaling back on the CPU to a 7400 and using the savings for a 5070. That could give you a nice performance boost!
If you can stretch your budget by an extra 50 bucks, definitely go for the 5070! It’s worth it for the performance you’ll get.
Don’t forget to check out the used market for good deals on GPUs! Sometimes you can find the ones you want at a significant discount.
Thanks for the tip about the 4070! I was tempted to go for that but didn't want to go over budget. The 4060's VRAM was also a concern for me, so I appreciate the advice!
