Is My PC Build Good for Game Streaming?

I'm diving into building a gaming PC specifically for streaming, primarily horror games, but I'll also be managing multiple streams, chat bots, and overlays. However, I'm pretty clueless about PC building. I recently asked ChatGPT about my setup, and it mentioned that I might need a better power supply unit (PSU). Is that accurate? Here are the components I'm considering:
- **Case**: Cooler Master N200 Mini Micro-ATX Tower
- **Fans**: Thermalright TL-C12C X3 CPU Fan
- **Air Cooler**: Thermalright Assassin X 120 SE
- **PSU**: EVGA 610 BP, 600W
- **Storage**: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB NVMe SSD
- **RAM**: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB
- **GPU**: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4060
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B760M DS3H
- **CPU**: Intel Core i5-13400F
- **Capture Card**: Elgato HD60 X

If I go ahead with these components, will they work well together for managing multi-platform streaming, multitasking, and maintaining decent stream quality while gaming? It's been 20 years since I've owned or built a PC, so I'm a bit out of the loop!

Consider swapping the RTX 4060 for the Radeon 9060 XT. The 9060 XT has 16GB of VRAM, which is double the 8GB of the 4060 and should serve you well for gaming and streaming. You might also want to look at getting a PSU that's around 750W for potential future upgrades and performance improvements.

Thanks for the input! I appreciate your help. From what I gather, the 9060 is basically faster, but the 4060’s encoder gives better streaming quality. I guess it’s about weighing speed versus streaming performance. If I go for the 9060, I might have to upgrade my PSU and it seems bulkier, which could block airflow in my case. Any thoughts on that?
