I've been stuck at my desk for long hours lately, and it's starting to take a toll on my lower back. I know a quality chair can make a big difference, but the online reviews can be pretty misleading. Can anyone recommend a good desk chair that actually helps with back pain? I'd really appreciate any advice!

While the Aeron is popular, I swear by the Steelcase Leap Chair. I've had mine for over 13 years, and it's been a game changer for my back comfort.
The Herman Miller Aeron is a fantastic choice! It's honestly the best investment I've made for my home office. Once you sit in it, you'll see what I mean.
Thanks for the tip! I'm definitely going to check it out.
I can't recommend a chair since I only use a standing desk, but I must say my back problems have improved a ton since switching to standing only.
If you're concerned about spending too much, the Branch chairs are a solid option. Paired with a standing desk, they've really helped ease my back pain a lot.
Mixing up your positions really helps as well. I alternate between my fancy chair and a standing desk whenever I start feeling back discomfort. It makes a big difference!

Absolutely agree! I have one at home too, and I even got my work to buy me one for the office. It's non-negotiable for me now—no way I'm risking serious back issues just to save a few bucks on a chair.
