Looking for a High-Power UPS for My New 5090 Setup

I just got my hands on a 5090, and while I was setting it up and running a system benchmark, I noticed an issue with my UPS. I've got a 1600W power supply in my PC, but I'm using a CyberPower 1500VA/1000W UPS, which is clearly not enough since it keeps alarming about being overloaded. Currently, I have my computer and a 4K OLED monitor connected to it. While I'm not too worried about running into trouble during gaming sessions, I want to avoid this issue altogether. Can anyone recommend a UPS that can handle around 1500W? Have others experienced something similar?

Unless you're looking at commercial or server-grade UPS models, you probably won't find many options that match the convenience of your current 1000W UPS design. I'm in the same boat with my CyberPower 900W, which was the largest tower model available when I got it.

Yeah, I'm also noticing a lack of consumer options for higher wattage. It might be worth testing by putting the monitor on a surge protector instead of the UPS and seeing how that goes.

A UPS rated for 1500W will give you about a minute more than a 1000W one, so don’t expect it to last long under heavy load. It really depends on the specific UPS model though. My consumer-grade 900W UPS holds up for around 2 minutes with a 400W load, while my commercial-grade version of the same rating can last about 5 minutes since it has more batteries and capacity for expansion.

That's good to know! But, when running the benchmark, my PC pulls more than 1000W continuously, which trips the alarm. I suspect I won't hit that level during typical gaming, but it's definitely a concern when benchmarking.
