Help Me Choose Between Two Gaming PC Builds: 9800X3D vs 9700X

I'm trying to build a new gaming PC and can't decide between two setups:

- **Option A:** Ryzen 9 9800X3D with an RTX 5070 Ti and DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM on a B850 Gaming X motherboard. This option has strong gaming performance and is more budget-friendly for 1440p gaming.
- **Option B:** Ryzen 9 9700X with an RTX 5080 and DDR5-6400 CL32 RAM, also on a B850 Gaming X motherboard. This choice offers a higher-tier GPU for better performance at higher resolutions and avoids the quirks of the X3D CPUs.

I have some questions about the RAM speeds and stability of both options, especially about the 9800X3D. Is 6000 CL30 still the go-to recommendation for AM5, or is 6400 CL32 worth it? I've heard mixed reports about the stability of the 9800X3D—what's your experience with it? Should I tweak BIOS settings for the 9700X, or is it better to keep things stock for stability? Finally, would a combo of 7800X3D and 5070 Ti be a safer bet?
