With a robust MPIII 850 Watt power supply, I'm looking to find the best graphics card that will maximize my gaming performance at 1080p. Any recommendations?

It really depends on your budget, but with your CPU, I'd say consider the Radeon RX 9070 XT or the RTX 5070 Ti. However, I wouldn't advise going for anything like a 5080 or 5090 since that could lead to diminishing returns.
I'd go with the 5070 Ti. It’s solid for 1080p gaming and should pair nicely with your current setup without breaking the bank.
While you could technically use something like a 5090, for performance vs cost, the 5070 Ti or the 9070 XT are better choices, although there might still be some CPU bottleneck due to your current setup. If you're thinking of going higher, I’d strongly recommend upgrading to 1440p instead.
Yeah, but wouldn't a 9070 XT still get bottlenecked? How are you suggesting he can use a 5090 then?
