While swapping out my AIO cooler, I accidentally got a drop of sweat on my motherboard near the RAM slots. I've wiped up as much of the moisture as I could, but I'm wondering if it's safe to power the computer on now.

Honestly, I’ve had my fair share of electronics meet my sweat! Just dry the area well. If you're worried, you can use 99% isopropyl alcohol to speed up evaporation. Compressed air could help too—just avoid a hair dryer unless it has a cool setting!
Hey, just a heads up—how's your diet? If you’re consuming a lot of salt, I’d be more careful since it could cause issues. But generally, as long as it's mostly dry, you should be fine.
Exactly! Salty diets can spell trouble for motherboards, so just keep that in mind.
You’re good to continue as long as it’s dry. The key is not to power it on while it’s moist!
You should be fine! If your PC was off when it happened, just clean the area with some isopropyl alcohol. After it dries, you can turn it on.
Totally agree with this! Just make sure it's all dry.
As long as everything's dry, you should be good to go. Just don't sweat it too much!

True! The alcohol will dilute any salts and help avoid shorts.
