How Can I Access Safe Mode on My PC?

I'm struggling to get my computer into safe mode. Whenever I try, it says 'undoing changes,' and after a few minutes, I just end up with a black screen featuring a long cursor. I've attempted to restart the PC multiple times right after anything appears on the screen, but I can't seem to get to the recovery environment. Anyone have any tips?

You can try entering the recovery environment by pressing the reset button on your PC right after the BIOS screen disappears, repeating this a few times. This should trigger Windows to enter safe mode automatically.

What does the BIOS screen normally look like? I attempted the automatic repair, but it didn't work. I only see the black screen and the 'undoing changes' message. I’ll give the shift + restart method a shot, fingers crossed!

None of those suggestions are helping me either, but thanks for trying!
