I recently moved into my new college dorm, and I won't have WiFi access for a few days. Unfortunately, I can't log into my PC running Windows 11 because it's linked to a Microsoft account. I tried some setup commands like Oobe bypass nro and cxh local only, but they didn't seem to work. I really need help accessing my computer to finish work and maybe play some offline games.

Have you thought about tethering your mobile phone to your PC? If you can get that sorted, you might be able to log in using your Microsoft account even without WiFi. It’s worth a shot!
I have an iPhone, but I don't know if I can tether since I don’t have a hotspot. Is that really a requirement?
