I'm trying to find the right case for my PC build that keeps things quiet while ensuring good airflow. I've looked into some mATX cases, but finding a good ATX case has been tougher. I'd prefer cases that come with pre-installed fans since I'm not well-versed in choosing fans myself. For mATX, I'm thinking about the Zalman Z1 Iceberg, but I'm also seeing a lot of budget options like Aerocool and Kolink. Are these worth considering? I'd really appreciate some recommendations, as looks are not a priority for me. I'm building around a 7800X3D with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin SE 120 CPU cooler and a PowerColor RX 9060 XT (dual fan), so I'm open to both mATX and ATX cases as I still haven't decided on the motherboard.

If you're looking for good airflow and pre-installed fans, you might want to check out Lian Li cases. They've got a solid reputation for being budget-friendly and performance-oriented. Plus, they typically come with decent fans right out of the box!
According to Gamers Nexus, the top-performing cases for noise normalization include the Fractal Meshify 3, Lian Li 207, 216, and 217, as well as the Antec Flux Pro and Fractal Torrent. Check out the 207 for great value, or the Meshify 3 for quality if you're willing to spend more. The 217 is a good middle ground! Just skip the expensive ones unless you really need that size.

Thank you, Will check those out!
