If you're constantly maxing out your current RAM, then upgrading is definitely a good move! That CL28 might be a bit over the top unless you find it at a reasonable price. You might want to check if a CL30 kit is cheaper—that could save you some bucks without sacrificing much performance. Also, you probably won't need to worry about voltage or cooling issues.
