I'm trying to decide on a graphics card to pair with my system. Here are my specs: I've got an AMD Ryzen 5 5500GT processor running at 3.60 GHz, 16 GB of RAM, and I'm using a 64-bit operating system. I'm specifically looking for a GPU that fits my strict budget of around $300 CAD. Any suggestions?

A Radeon 5060 should work well with your setup, but if you want to stretch your performance, you might have to consider used cards. Just be mindful that higher-end options might be out of your price range.
If you're fine with it being open box or used, check eBay for a 4060; you might snag a good deal there!
If you're open to used options, a RTX 4060 or even a 3060 could fit the bill. If you want AMD, look for a 6650 XT or 6750 XT, but they might need more power than your PSU can handle. You should check what wattage you have before buying!
I wouldn’t recommend a 5060 for the price; instead, take a look at the RX 9060 XT. It's a fantastic bang for your buck in this price range. If you can save a little more, aim for the 16 GB version. Those extra gigabytes will really help with performance!
By the way, make sure you verify that you have enough power supply wattage—at least a 600W PSU would be ideal for these cards!
Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I have a 600W PSU, so that should help with my choices!

You mentioned a budget of $300 CAD, so I'd switch to the 3060 Ti instead. It's been my go-to card before I upgraded, and it delivers great performance for the price!
