I just built my PC, and after powering it on, I'm seeing that the fans are running, lights are on, and the motherboard is showing yellow, white, and green LED indicators. However, it's been about ten minutes, and I'm still waiting to get into the BIOS setup. Could something be wrong, or is it normal to wait this long?

It sounds like you might want to check your motherboard manual to see what those LED lights indicate. Ten minutes is definitely a long time to wait, and typically, memory training shouldn't take that long.
If you're seeing those lights but can't get into BIOS, it usually points to a setup issue. Make sure all connections are solid, and pay attention to the RAM. Sometimes reseating the RAM may help. Just give it a quick check!
