Hey everyone! I recently had to replace my old SSD and did a fresh install of Windows 11 on a new M2 SSD. I specifically chose the Home version since I thought it wouldn't support BitLocker. After some tweaking and restarts, I decided to change my PC's name, but now I'm stuck in a boot loop. It goes from a black screen with 'Preparing Automatic Repair' to a blue screen asking for the BitLocker recovery key. Even after entering it, I'm thrown back into a cycle of diagnosing and automatic repair messages. I've tried a few things like changing BIOS settings, enabling/disabling fast boot, but nothing seems to work, and I can't even get my keyboard to respond after some attempts. I'm at a loss, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds frustrating! One thing you might want to try is reinstalling Windows again, but make sure to turn off device encryption this time. BitLocker can be a real pain if you don't have it set up right from the start. Just make sure your data is backed up before you do anything drastic.
Thanks for the suggestion! I think that could be my last resort at this point. Just need to figure out how to get my keyboard working again so I can use the installation USB.
