I came across two listings for the Ryzen 7 8700F on Amazon, but I'm puzzled about why one is priced 90 euros less than the other. Here are the links for reference: https://amzn.eu/d/6L5fcig and https://amzn.eu/d/2lmmKJN. Can someone explain the difference?

So, one is boxed with its cooler, while the other is a tray model. The chips are identical, no performance difference there. Also, I really wouldn’t recommend the Ryzen 8000 series.
Could you clarify what a tray model means? I'm still learning, and I'm curious why you think the 8000 series is a bad choice.
It looks like they might be the same CPU, but the cheaper one is probably an OEM version that doesn’t come with a cooler. Going for an aftermarket cooler is usually better anyway, and you can score a solid one for around 25 euros, much better than the stock version.
Is that only if the price is high? I mean, the 8400F is about 85 euros in Germany. Is it not worth it for that price?
