While SnipeIT is awesome for managing assets, if you want something that combines ticketing and documentation, check out Siit. It might help keep everything organized and manageable.
We’re currently using SnipeIT for asset tracking and Jira for tickets. We had to get creative and add licenses as custom fields in Jira, but it works pretty well once you configure everything.
I’ve never used it myself, but Freshdesk has a free plan you might want to explore. That way, you can see if it fits your needs without any costs upfront.
You should check out Gorelo! It's a solid all-in-one package that covers RMM, ticketing, and automation. It's especially good for managing multiple locations like what you’ll be doing, plus it gives you useful metrics on which locations are having the most issues.
