Help! Frequent BSODs on My Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with Kernel Power 41 Errors

I've been dealing with continuous BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) on my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro for about a month now, and they're all logged as Kernel Power errors in the event viewer with event ID 41 and task category 63. The actual error messages vary, and I'm not tech-savvy, so I'm really concerned about my laptop's health. What steps can I take to resolve this? I also found some dump files related to the crashes, and I'm willing to share them if that helps!

When uploading your dump files for analysis, make sure they’re properly zipped. There can be errors if you just rename a file to .zip, so instead, right-click the folder containing the dump files, select ‘Send to,’ and then choose ‘Compressed (zipped) folder’ to ensure it’s correctly archived. That should help avoid any errors when sharing!

Kernel Power 41 essentially indicates that the system was shut down unexpectedly, likely due to power issues. This can happen for reasons like power outages or a faulty power supply unit (PSU). Typically, replacing the PSU could solve the problem, especially since it’s a relatively cheap fix. Since unexpected shutdowns can potentially damage other components, it’s better to tackle this early on.

If you suspect that your power outlet might be causing issues, you might want to consider getting an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to provide stable power. If these solutions don’t help, then it might require a more in-depth hardware check by a technician to identify the root cause of the problem. Also, if you notice patterns in when the BSOD happens, like after specific activities, it would be useful information for troubleshooting!

But just to clarify, since this is a laptop, would replacing the PSU even be a viable option?

Yeah, you're right about it being a laptop. Could it be something else that's causing these crashes, then?
