Is this used custom PC a good deal?

I'm in a Canadian city with around 300,000 people, and I found someone on a marketplace who builds PCs from used parts. This seller has great ratings, which is reassuring. I've noticed that prices in CAD are typically about 50% higher than in USD, plus there are unknown tariffs affecting them right now. Based on my research, building a similar new setup would cost around $1100 or more. The PC has a GTX 3060, which I believe is perfect for playing new games at 1080p and 60fps on high settings. Other similar systems with 10th gen Intel processors and GTX 2060s are priced similarly, while 4060 setups are going for over $1000. Considering all that, this particular PC priced at **$750 CAD** seems like a solid deal. The seller mentions the PC is practically new, with the graphics card looking untouched. Here are the specs: Montech A100 MATX Case, ASUS Prime B660M-A WIFI Motherboard, Intel Core i5-13400 10 Core Processor, Stock Intel Cooler, MSI Gaming X RTX 3060 12GB Graphics Card, 1TB NVME SSD, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4-3200 RAM, EVGA 750W 80Plus Gold PSU, and comes with fresh Windows 11 Pro.

It sounds like a good deal for what you're getting! The 3060 should handle 1080p gaming really well. Plus, if the parts are as new as the seller says, that's a bonus. You might want to ask if he can include a warranty, since it’s a custom build. Might give you extra peace of mind!

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely ask about a warranty. By the way, do you think a PC setup would nicely replace my Xbox Series X for couch gaming? I've been looking forward to using a controller and catching those PC game sales.
