How should I handle BSODs after running SFC?

I ran the command 'sfc /scannow' on my Windows machine and received a message saying Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but couldn't fix some of them. I have access to the CBS log located at C:WindowsLogsCBSCBS.log for more details. I'm concerned if this is something serious or if it's okay to just leave it as is. For context, my system specs include an RTX 3060 Ti, a Ryzen 5 5600X, and 32GB of Vengeance LPX RAM, running on an Asus Prime B550M-A WiFi motherboard.

The CBS log alone won't tell you why your system crashed. It's possible that Windows itself is corrupted or that a recent BSOD caused some files to get messed up. Definitely try to find the minidumps to help pinpoint the issue.

I tried to access the minidumps, but it says I need administrator permission. How can I fix that?

To get to the bottom of those BSODs, you need to locate your crash dump files. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder. If there are any dump files there, zip them up (you can do this by right-clicking the folder and selecting 'Send to -> Compressed (Zipped) folder') and upload them to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com since Reddit tends to block some links. Having multiple dump files is really helpful for thorough analysis. If you only find one or none, follow this guide to create Small Memory Dumps instead, which won’t overwrite previous files.
