Best GPU Options for 3440x1440p Ultrawide Gaming?

Hey everyone! I'm currently running on a Radeon RX 5600XT, and honestly, gaming at 3440x1440 isn't really enjoyable. I can barely hit 60fps in BeamNG, and it often leads to frustrating stutters. I knew I needed a better GPU to take full advantage of my new AW3425DWM ultrawide monitor, but I wanted to wait until I had the monitor before upgrading.

I'm looking for GPU recommendations for an upgrade - I plan to purchase in 2025. I'm not overly concerned with hitting 180fps in every game, but I'd love to maintain a steady 100fps or more at good settings, and I want to have some headroom for the future. Also, I'd like to keep the power consumption under 250W. Just for context, my system has an AMD Ryzen 5 7500F and a 750W SeaSonic Focus+ Gold power supply from 2019. I'd rather avoid any complicated 12-pin connectors, especially since I've seen some concerning reports about them. Any advice would be appreciated!

You might want to consider the Radeon RX 9070 or 9070 XT. Those should perform pretty well for your setup!

Yeah, the RX 9070 could be a great fit! Just hope you can stomach the price; it’s around $600 right now! Maybe you’ll catch a deal around Black Friday though.
