I recently got myself an ASUS 4060 Ti, but I noticed it doesn't come with a switch for the performance modes (P and Q). Is this typical for all models or just mine?

Which ASUS model do you have? There are a few different ones like the Dual, Prime, TUF, or ROG, and not every model has that feature.
