Help! My PC Keeps Crashing to a Green Screen

I'm really hoping someone can help me out here. About a month ago, a friend built me a custom PC to replace my old setup and it was running great initially. Here are the specs: ASUS ROG B650-A Gaming WiFi motherboard, Radeon 7900XT GPU, Ryzen 5 7600X3D CPU, 32GB G.Skill Flare XS RAM, and an MSI MAG A750BE 750W PSU. Everything worked perfectly on day one; I even streamed and played games on max settings without issues. However, things took a turn the next day. While browsing through AMD settings after playing Death Stranding, my monitor suddenly turned solid green, and my second monitor went black. After that, the PC kept rebooting and taking me to the login screen.

I had my friend troubleshoot remotely, and we tried reseating the RAM and doing a factory reset, but nothing worked. We couldn't find any error logs because no mini dump file was created. I even took it to a repair shop, but they ran tests and said everything looked fine. Yet, the very first couple of hours using it again at home, the green screen issue happened once more, even when using just one monitor. I've replaced parts like the mouse, monitor, keyboard, and cables, but the issue persists. I captured a video where the PC crashes after gently tapping the case on the floor, which is really confusing. I'm at my wit's end; I've invested so much into this build and need some guidance!

It sounds like a potential graphics driver issue, especially if you're on a Windows Insider build. The latest previews sometimes have bugs that can mess with your GPU. But if that's not the case, it might be a loose connection. Try checking the GPU; when the PC's off, move it slightly and see if it wobbles. If it does, reseat it and ensure everything's snug. Also, check the PSU connections. If not, it could be hardware failure, so bringing it to a shop again might be necessary.

I just reseated my GPU too and didn't see anything wrong. I'm hoping that might fix it for you!
