I'm trying to find a way to monitor my CPU temperature without installing any third-party applications. I've checked the Task Manager, but it only shows the clock speed in GHz. I also looked in my BIOS and Windows settings, but they don't display the CPU temperature either. Am I missing something?

Just wondering, why can't you install some simple monitoring tools like CPU-Z or Speccy? If your BIOS doesn’t show the temps, it feels like you might be stuck needing some extra software. Also, have you checked if your motherboard manufacturer offers a specific monitoring tool? You didn’t mention your system specs so it’s tough to suggest more.
I tried to download Speccy, but the page seems to be down.
