I'm trying to find the best graphics card to work with my Intel Xeon E5 2680v4 processor. I want to be able to play most modern games smoothly at 1080p and I'm not concerned about power consumption as I have a 700w power supply. Any recommendations?

If you're aiming for 1080p gaming, I'd say the Radeon RX 5600 XT could be a solid choice. It's not top of the line, but it will perform decently with your CPU. Just keep in mind, newer gaming setups would blow that CPU out of the water! By the way, what's your GPU budget looking like?
Honestly, with a CPU that's nearly a decade old, you're likely to run into bottlenecking issues no matter what GPU you choose. It might be worth considering a full rebuild instead of just upgrading the GPU.
I’m fine with a used GPU; what older models do you suggest?
What kind of build do you suggest for around the same price I could get from selling my HP Z440?
