Help! My Gigabyte Motherboard Won’t POST – Red DRAM Light Issue

I'm building a new PC and am stuck with an issue where my Gigabyte motherboard isn't POSTing. I attempted to update the BIOS using the 'Q Flash' method as per the instructions. While the motherboard powered on for a few minutes and then shut down (which I assumed meant the update was successful), I'm still facing problems. Every time I try to power it on, the red DRAM light stays on and it won't POST. I've done a lot of searching online, and the only recurring advice is to update the BIOS. However, as far as I can tell, I've already done that. I'm really at a loss for what to try next. My setup includes a B850 Aorus motherboard, a Ryzen 5 9600X processor, and 32GB of CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM (2x16GB) running at 6000MHz CL36-44-44-96 1.35V with Intel XMP 3.0.
