Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 in large environments, specifically ones with over 10,000 endpoints. Currently, I'm using Ivanti EPM for the upgrades but I've encountered some challenges, especially with Lenovo and Dell devices that either have disabled TPM or are running older versions. I've managed to successfully upgrade around 2,000 machines but I'm hoping to find more efficient methods or strategies to streamline the process!

We upgraded using Intune and did it in rings. There were a few stragglers, but we found that for some machines, using the Windows 11 Update Assistant worked well. Others had to be completely reimaged! We're managing about 5,000 devices, and we're down to our last 100-200, mostly older Toughbooks that we can't upgrade because they're outdated and on their way out anyway.
Did you need to perform any BIOS updates on those machines?
