I'm in a total panic because my Notes app is completely empty, and I'm terrified I've lost years worth of stories and work! My phone's storage is full, and I think I'm behind on an update. I've been using iCloud for storage, but when I checked online, there was nothing there. I can't imagine losing everything without a backup. I'm willing to pay someone who can help me recover this!

Check out Apple's support page about recovering notes. If your storage is completely full, weird things can happen – sometimes freeing up space fixes issues like this!

It's wild that such important data wasn't backed up more securely. Did you really not have a backup set up? That could really save you right now!
You might want to try erasing your device and restoring it from the last backup you had before everything disappeared. It could bring back your lost notes!
Have you tried logging into iCloud through the web? Sometimes deleted notes are still recoverable from the 'Deleted Notes' folder there. Just check if they're hanging out in the cloud instead of your phone!
I think they already checked that, and there's nothing. If they upgrade their iCloud storage, they might recover notes if it’s been less than 30 days.
