I live in a basement apartment and the cell service here is virtually nonexistent. I often have to stand by the window just to make a phone call, and even then, calls can drop or become distorted. My mobile data is unreliable too; if my WiFi goes down, I'm stuck with almost no connectivity because I only get about one bar of service inside, but stepping outside gives me full 5G signal. I'm thinking the concrete foundation is blocking the signal. Are there any solutions like range extenders I could use to improve the signal inside my apartment?

Have you checked if your phone and service provider offer WiFi calling? It might be the easiest way to boost your signal since you rely heavily on WiFi anyway.
I do have WiFi calling on, but it doesn't help much. I still struggle to get a decent connection unless I'm right by the window.
That's probably the simplest solution, but it may not solve your problem completely.
